Strange hanging when single or right clicking icon #19

Whenever I try to click on MabiCommerce, whether via left or right clicking the icon, the system hangs for a few seconds. In the case of the right click, I cannot get the context menu to come up period. Is there a reason and/or solution to this?

I'm using Windows 10.

Never mind, resolved. Draconian and ineffectual security policies which I thought I'd disabled, but re-enabled themselves. Apologies for the inconvenience.
