Don't make the `xlt.service` file executable #23

A user of our Amazon machine image found the following message in the output of journalctl:

Jan 12 13:19:31 ip-172-30-0-149 systemd[1]: Configuration file /etc/systemd/system/xlt.service is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.

Looks as if xlt.service is made executable by mistake.
