Checkout: add "Back to cart" link on top #169

Follow-up to https://github.com/Xceptance/posters-demo-store/issues/134 and https://github.com/Xceptance/posters-demo-store/issues/168.

Instead of displaying breadcrumbs and including the shopping cart as element in the checkout progress indicator, I suggest to show a "Back to shopping cart" link in the top left corner instead, maybe even with an arrow icon.

Issue remains for poster version 2.1.

Note: no more breadcrumbs on webpage, also no backwards navigation available (only way is to go back through browser)
