Unable to install any XCode version using XCodes #422

Describe the bug First time using xcodes. I have logged in with my appleID but when I try click on any non beat version, I get a pop up with an error. See attached screenshot

To Reproduce

Download XCodes zip
unzip the zip file
Open the XCodes application
Sign in with AppleID
Install a non-beta version (I tried 14.3.1 and 14.2_

Expected behavior Install specified version of XCode

Got it to work after rebooting my laptop
