Unable to install XCode #429

Describe the bug When pressing install button the pop up shows "Unable to install XCode. If continue to have problems, please submit a bug report in the Help menu

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Press Install button on 14.3.1 (14E300c) version

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen: Xcode to be installed.

Same problem. OS: Ventura 13.5 Xcodes: 1.10.0
