Update privilege helper to xcodesOrg and Team #480

With changes to the team, org and bundle, we need to update the privileged helper so that we don't get errors

There's still some awkwardness with running in the background prompts that now is set to Matt Kiazyk from the previous RobotsandPencils. Not sure what fully to do here, as creating a whole Apple ID for XcodesOrg would be fun!

Created https://github.com/XcodesOrg/XcodesApp/issues/479 to update the privileged helper to use the new API's now that we're on MacOS 13
