Describe the bug Unable to install Xcode

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Xcodes
  2. Tap on install 15.2

Expected behavior Xcode is installed.

Solved by accepting Apple Terms by signing into Apple Developer (https://developer.apple.com/).
