Installing iOS 18.0 Platform error #618

Installed Xcode 16.0 (16A242d) successfully. Tried to install iOS18 Platform. It is giving me an error stating it was unable to install with "Invalid Run Time source"

To reproduce, click on the Install button for iOS 18.0 platform

Version

OS: macOS Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93)
Xcodes: 2.2.0 (27)
