Overloading WiFi giving 100% packet loss on local device #158

This happens more when using Aria. Still happens with URLSession if you are downloading multiple things from different apps at once.

Happens mostly when downloading a new macOS version and Xcode version.

My WiFi stops working on the local machine until I close Xcodes
