Power poles #7

Include power poles in the layout.

Tricky part is: .. how? WellPlanner has it, but the outcome of that is very messy. Since the layout of P.U.M.P. is quite clean, the power placement should be at least sensible as well.

Managed to get this done in version 1.2.0
