0. First Time Login Post Registration View

------------- DESCRIPTION --------------- As the first user of my organization that I registered during Registration phase, I should have the option to log in.

If it's my first-time logging in, then as the First Registered User of my Hospital I am granted Admin role, and I am provided with a modal wizard. The whole flow is in 1 view.

I should be able to fill in the following details in The Modal field form: User General Profile details: As a user, I am asked for :

• Optional details for my role in the Organization,
• upload photo. Refer to the sketch below. And I should be able to click next afterwards to go to the next step in the Modal wizard for my project setup. Clicking next/proceed takes me to #45

----------------- TO DO'S -----------------

• [x] Create login/sign-up box (Kuljeet already did)
• [x] Create User Registration (Kuljeet already did)
• [x] For the "User Registration" view, update Kuljeet's work (or idk if it's easier to start from scratch then maybe consider doing that):
• Change the text inside the placeholders according to the new sketch below. Specifically, it's "Organization name/address", and not "hospital name/address".
• Also, please update it to match the wireframe User Registration's UI design (screenshot below)
• Optionally, also create an option to upload files (e.g. csv about the contact registry and hospital's resources).
• [x] Create a clickable "NEXT" button, which upon clicking will show a Modal popup (first-time-login) which has required form fields that the user must fill in
• [x] Allow user to setup a Project only once above task is done. Until then, whenever the user clicks on Create New Project, the above modal pops up (aka first-time-login popup).
• [x] The UI layout is the same as the Dashboard layout except now it contains under the Menu the following sections:
  • Dashboard Home
  • Account Settings
  • Profile View
• [ ] (Optional) Create a logout button at the right of the top nav bar
