1. Dashboard Project Setup

------------- DESCRIPTION --------------- After filling the details on the previous page of the modal in #44, it should bring me to the deault UI called "All projects view". Immediately after, a first-time-login wizard will pop-up. From this pop-up, I should be able to select a project template to setup a new project.The Modal flow from hereon is as follows:

• I am given a list of project templates. For now there is only Covid template. I select it to give it a name and move on to next section.
• The next section I fill in the fields viz. Hospital name, contact, address, hospital/organization contact email, Hospital/Organization registration details.
• Optionally I'm asked to to upload list of hospital contacts/phone #s, medical inventory, Inventory Point of Contact, Admin Heads, list of Doctors, Medical Staff. These options are provided as part of the data integration so I can import them from:
  • a csv
  • google sheets
  • vcf contact card imports

As a first time login protocol, I should be asked to fill the above details, and I cannot proceed until I've completed the form (i.e. if the I fail to complete the required fields, then I will be required to fill out the admin-model-wizard again the next time I try to log in) from where I left off.

----------------- TO DO'S -----------------

• [x] On the same modal popup as in #44 add new view to provide form fields with the details given above.

• [x] Create options to upload Upload Doctors Contacts, healthcare professional workers/staff contacts, inventory list as csv/google sheets. Also allow option to upload contacts as vcf import. Keep these options as placeholder buttons for now. For the demo they don't need to work. We will use fake data. Use factory-boy or something similar to fake the data.

• [x] Clicking on "Finish" button in the first-time-login wizard will create a new project and bring me to the "all-projects view".

• [x] Then, inside the "All projects view", show the newly created project as a tile view in the main area (as shown in the sketch).
