Is this still maintained? Any alternatives?

I haven't seen any activity on this. In the meantime, We've published our own panorama viewer for both Android & iOS here: @lightbase/react-native-panorama-view.

Thanks @rodymolenaar , I will definitely give it a try when I have some time. Are you planning on adding support to load local images as well? I can read from the docs it is meant for remote images only.

@cristianoccazinsp We currently don't have a need for it, so it's not in the current release. If I find some time I could look into it, but we'd also happily accept any contributions.
