Variable LANGS_PATH is not defined, resulting in the docker build command failing with error in the make call

I had forgotten to add the variable from my .env to .env.example; my bad, sorry about that!

Works for me with changes in 52c938d. Please try, and feel free to re-open the issue if that doesn't help 🙏
