Cannot use hammer or hoe when mod active #12

I've found that when this mod is active I cannot place building items with the hammer nor use the hoe. After some trial and error i discovered it was this mod by itself causing the issue. I ran the game with only this mod active, and then with all my other mods active but not this one. Even running this mod by itself the issue still persisted. So for a reason I lack the technical skill to discern, this mod is causing a glitch with the building hammer and the hoe, effectively preventing their use. Strangely, I can still destroy built objects with the hammer, but cannot place them or repair them.
