Missing merchants from different device? #133

LostMerchants has been pretty weird for me this week. Every time I check, it has multiple merchants listed with 2 ongoing votes with neither of them being negative. And every time my phone gets a legendary notification I can't see it on PC.

It is currently 7:44am EST and it says only 4 merchants are available, Rethramis, Yorn, N/SVern, and yet my phone got a notification for Shushire rapport which is not listed. But it is listed when I use the website on my phone instead of my PC. How can the website be wrong by accessing from a different device?

FYI I wiped my PC this week for a new OS install, so somehow that being linked is the only thing that makes any sense.

Never mind, it seems it was a result of the computer wipe. On fresh install, windows clock says last time sync was 2015, not only that it was set to PST instead of EST and didn't have time zones automically set enabled. The merchant list changed as I fixed the settings.
