Is Notify on Spawn really works? #190

The Notify on Spawn sound alarm never worked for me. But the Card / Rapport is normal.

Soooo that's a bit of an odd one honestly, the notify on spawn doesn't trigger the "sound" setting, but it does use trigger "use in-browser notifications" setting.
