Add selector for all legendary cards on card stats page

I've added a selection box to the top of the (Wei) card stats page allowing to select between all legendary cards. i've copied the style from the merchants page, although a better solution might be to share the styles instead of having seperate copies.

Along with this i've changed all reference on pages and in code of "wei stats" to "card stats"
