South kurzan

I took the liberty to add South Kurzan infos for Lost Merchants.

A few caveats:

• I don't know my way around c# so I only updated the config file, I could not test it live
• I used infos from Maxroll and what I found myself in-game
• Thus I'm not sure about Narkiel Epic status
• I'm not 100% sure of the in-game names and Epic status of Simple Purifier, Military Supply Purifier, Copper Ring and Tiara Made of Stems
• I infer the merchant spawn time from Pleccia merchant since they're both currently up and there's only 1 merchant in those 2 regions

Simple Purifier and Copper Ring poppep up on my server so I fixed their status (now Rare)

Merchant appeared again alongside Pleccia merchant so I'm now quite sure the spawn times I entered are correct

Looks good, I'll probably merge after work.

I may remove the misc items for now, usually I don't put every item in there, just the important/rare ones. Most items people don't care too much about so I don't really want to force someone to check all the boxes every time.
