Fixed additional 3.3v pins on Teensy 3.2 #14

all pins labelled 3.3v are Power Output pins.

This commit just addresses the issue on the Teensy 3.2, but it appears as though the same issue is present on other boards. I don't have any on-hand to test, but would you like me to update those as well?
