teensy 3.1 pin 50 is GND instead of 3.3V.

If Pin 50 is the one between A13 and GPIO 33, it is 3.3V. It says so in the official pinout: https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/pinout.html

I'll look at it with kicad tomorrow. Maybe I'll also find a teensy to check the real hardware. I only have my phone with me atm.
