network issue #231

I've noticed that when I use this plugin within China without a VPN, the thumbnails of the shortcuts I create change to solid colors instead of showing the website logos. I was wondering if there's a way to resolve this issue?

Can you provide some more information to us so that we can understand in which device you are getting the issue. Like, device name, which browser, some screenshot or screen recording.

I see. The problem you are getting is caused by the network. If you don't connect to a network, the shortcuts will preview like this. But in our new code we did, when there is no network in the device, the shortcuts will show an image. It can look like it is no network symbol.

I see. The problem you are getting is caused by the network. If you don't connect to a network, the shortcuts will preview like this. But in our new code we did, when there is no network in the device, the shortcuts will show an image. It can look like it is no network symbol.

Yes, if I don't use a VPN, it shows 'No network'. But if I use one, it displays normally. However, even without the VPN, I still have a Chinese internet connection.

if a VPN is not used, this feature cannot be used normally in China, and will only show as a "Network Unconnected" icon.

The issue has been resolved. It seems to be related to the speed of the internet connection.
