Install hubspot integration for docusarus

This plugin looks rather straight forward. https://github.com/stackql/docusaurus-plugin-hubspot

But at the same time it don't contain any config around API key. https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/guides/github-integration

Don't we have Google Analytics already? HubSpot should be reading that data?

We will fix this through google analytics instead.
