fixed hardcoded journal + netlog folders #5

The netlog folder sadly sits below the installation folder. That means that users will still have to change a path in the auto splitter by hand.

The alternative would be to pull the installation folder from the registry; that’s a PITA + if you install more than one copy (e.g. I have standalone + Epic) then it breaks again.

Again looks a bit messy until #2 is merged.

Also someone that actually owns Oddity please check if the path in init is correct for that.

Oddity folder should be correct now, #2 is done … I might look at handling the installation folder better tonight if you want to wait for that before you merge.
