Add side mission protection for plane weapons like missiles #497

If a server owner wants to protect sidemissions from players attacking it with rockets/missiles/bombs it can't be done currently.

Add a fired EH when a player is in an attack plane or chopper and delete the projectile near side missions (including a warning)

Value 0 = no protection 1 = Side mission protection 2 = Main target protection 3 = Side and main target protection
