combat UAV cannot spawn correctly in some positions #524

Pablo Chocobar — Yesterday at 3:04 PM I found a bug with the combat drone, When deployed under a building or something over the mhq it starts moving like crazy and stuck in 1 position

UAV is spawned at player position and then moved to altitude of 2000m

fix is probably just spawn at correct altitude
