Rank does not change #609

My rank does not change. I have passed general but it says "colonel". Why?

That's only in the status bar. A3 has no real General rank, Colonel ist the highest rank in the game (though they tried to add that rank as there are some hints in the game data)

Hello Xeno, There was a server outage Saturday evening at midnight and when I came back on the server, I lost my rank and my points. I was at 29400 points and I lost everything. Now I'm at 0 ! Can you give them to me? My name on the game is JOCER Thanks in advance.

There is no central database for points. As anybody can download the mission and run it on his or her server you have to ask the server owner what happened.
