A Better Play/Compile/Etc for Windows - Feature Not Issue #18

This is a Feature Request not an Issue- I could not figure out how to change 
that :P

Anyway; I have Developed a Launcher that you could Include in Runedev that does 
all of the Following:
1. Download Latest Update (Non functional - All sites are down)
2. Open Browser and Direct to Runedev.info
3. Download the JDK
4. Start Runedev
5. Compile Scripts
And a couple of other things such as a Help menu (Very Undeveloped; Just shows 
version number currently) and Info (Shows the Authors name and anything else 
you would like me to add.

I can easily add More options to the menu; And remove; or edit. There is 
currently no license for the program.

And yes; I was Inspired by ~Dragon :P

P.S. I can remove the Icon/Images if you wish.

BTW None of ~Dragons code was used in the making of this menu.

NOTE: I Just found an Issue!!! Rename Infinity.jar to Runedev.jar!!!

Rename your code to look for Infinity.jar
Our official client name is Infinity.
