Attached is a patch file for Calculations.java. I added some javadoc to the
file (not all methods) and changed some parameter naming to make understanding
some of the methods easier.
Most important, I added the +4 offset adjustment to the w2s method, hopefully
fixing the model misclicking that occurs especially for small objects.
