Fix for broken zzBarbRodFisher script #7

Fixes the make-all and fixes the check for the interfaces being 
active/inactive.  I'll be submitting a patch for RSInterface to have it not get 
hosed by this hokey interface behavior.

Ok, I have the script ready to commit to the svn so don't worry about that. I 
guess the issue still remains for the interfaces in general.

Yes, that's correct.  I posted some patches in different issues that should 
more thoroughly cover the interfaces problems.
