Can´t send to specific message receivers in telegram #409

Describe the bug
Send Message with Telegram not working correctly. The Message goes to every receiver of the telegram instance and not only to the specific chatID or firstName

To Reproduce
In Telegram section add one receiver with chatID from the telegram instance In the very first devices tab check in telegram column these reveiver that before added in the telegram section Messages goes to every receiver on these telegram instance (Device Messages and Test Message)

Expected behavior
Only configured receivers gets the messages

Versions:

Adapter version: 3.1.2
Telegram Adapter version: 3.1.0
JS-Controller version: 5.0.12
Node version: 18.19.1
Operating system: docker (official image - v9.1.1)

Additional Information:

I removed today my 1.x Instances completely (Not only remove instances also remove Adapter) and install directly the Version 3.1.2 and make all the configuration new
I check the sendTo to my Telegram Instance -> Working fine with name and chatId variant of receiver filter

Ich habe dieses Problem ebenfalls. exakt wie oben beschrieben. Löschen und neu installieren hilft allerdings nicht.

Habe hier auch dieses Problem.

Normalfall: 2 User Werden beide aktiv für ein Device geschaltet, bekommt Person A die Meldung normal. Person B die Meldung doppelt. Person B deaktiviert und aus dem Telegram Reiter gelöscht. Person B bekommt die Meldung dennoch.

Adapter auf Debug gestellt zeigt jedoch kein senden an die Chat ID, welche gelöscht wurde. Nachricht kommt dennoch an.

Fehlt kam erst auf, nachdem der Adapter mittels BackItUp wiederhergestellt wurde, da das System umgezogen wurde. Adapterupdate fand hierdurch nicht statt.

Wer nun den Adapter wie von @dkleber89 geraten einmal komplett platt machen.

edit: Adapter version: 3.1.2 Node.js: v20.15.0 NPM: 10.7.0 js-controller: 5.0.19

Gleiches Problem hier. Alle User erhalten alle Nachrichten, unabhängig davon, was bei den Telegram-Einstellungen eingegeben wurde.
