I'm sorry my Chinese is VERY bad so I used Google Translate to understand your problem, but I'll try my best to help!

To create a new App, do the following steps:

  1. Go to BlueArchive\TrayApps folder. image
  2. Choose whether you want to create a Simple App (AppSimple) or Adaptive App (App0). A simple app uses a square image, whereas an adaptive app uses a spritesheet to inherit colors from the suite style.
  3. Copy the appropriate folder template in the same directory. image
  4. Rename the folder to your liking. image
  5. Refresh Rainmeter. image
  6. Select the config file in the new folder in Rainmeter and click Load. image
  7. The new app should appear at the TOP LEFT OF YOUR SCREEN! You can move it freely, and it will have all the appropriate editing tools in its context menu. image
