Break compatibility with Python 2.7, and implement new features of Python 3.6. #11

Python 2 is maintained until January 2020, it is recommended to update projects before that date.

Python 3 is now mature, especially with the new version 3.6.4. In the PyCraft project there is no reason to keep the old code for Python 2.7.
