SwfObject/Hot Login errors #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. USE SwfObject in header
2. Have Hot Login installed
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hot Login should load in front of header however the header shows behind it and 
it also loads before the login and I want it to load after it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest versions of all
