[Sugestion] Stop hydraulics etc when machines are off #5

Stopping hydraulics like frontloaders, and front and rear attachers from moving while engine is off= Improved realism. Also if possible making lights able to be switched on/off when engine is off. And of course tipping/unfolding and usage of tools and trailers when there is no engine powering them

additional sugestion: When hydraulic hoses are not connected hydraulics should not work on trailers? (If they exist on the given trailer/tool) and lights on the trailer or tool should not work if electric connector is not attached? if the tool/trailer has one

It looks kinda dumb when people connect stuff on the front of a machine, and there is no hydraulic/light connector on the front of that machine. than by magic it works anyways even if the hose or cable is curled up

(Will need a setting like in 17 to override that difficulty)
