I can't acess the setup #153

When I was trying to add the files to my new server I tried going to my directory http://uppercut.bugs3.com/Spacebukkit/ and I could not see the setup. I am new to this and I am really confused. Also, does the server run in my webhost or my local computer?

It can run either on the minecraft server or on your web hosting account as long as you can connect to your MC server to get data.

Your website says it's offline for me...
