What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new file
2. Add .srt file (that I've verified with another programme will work)
3. Add .mp4 file that the "format" column names "MPEG-4 Visual with an imbedded
soundtrack listed as "AAC, 2ch"
4. Send to queue, save as file format "Movie-MPEG4"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The conversion happens, however when I try to open the file in quicktime (or in
itunes as my ultimate goal is to watch on ATV3), the file does not play. I can
open it with VLC and it will play and has the subtitles imbedded.
Subler has worked for me when the video track format is listed as H.264 but I
can't seem to make these mp4-visual files to work.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using subler version .19 on OSX 10.8.2
