Hebrew with English does not appear correctly #592

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create caption file with MovieCaptioner
2. Open subler and create movie file with SSC track 
3. Hebrew tesserect file in ~Library folder as indicated by instructions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 English appears correctly, but hebrew shows numbers/letters See attached picture.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Subler 0.19, using Mac Mountain Lion, latest updates.

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you send me the .scc file?

Is that a CEA-608 or CEA-708 format?
Subler writes only CEA-608 right now, but if you can send me a sample file I 
could look into it.

It was done with MovieCaptioner �.

It looks like Apple supports only CEA-608, so I think there isn't any way to 
display Hebrew in it.

Have you ever seen a working file with closed captions in hebrew?

Btw you can use normal subtitles.
