Classification/Rating Canada (Per province) #606

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. N/A (enhancement request)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the "Rating" attribute is selected, we only see Canada ratings. As all
provinces/Territories have their own classification system, the Canadian one is
merely just a vague suggestion.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacOSX 10.8.4/10.9 Subler 0.19

Does iTunes support all this madness?

Actually not quite sure. It seems to use the Canadian rating...which is non
existant in real world. As every provinces/territories use their own. Something
being G in AB can be 14 in QC (just an ex).

My inclination would be to keep using pan-Canadian ratings but include the
union of all of the above strings (which as far as I can tell would be G, PG,
13+ 14A, 16+, 18+, 18A, R and A). At least every rating that someone could
want would be in there.
