What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an MKV with a H.264 stream, a DTS audio stream, chapter track, and
multiple subtitle tracks.
2. Do a lookup to The Movie DB and download all metadata, including artwork.
3. Choose Save and set file save details.
4. You will experience bug 404

After the 404 error, Subler should not lose the track details for the file.

Mavericks 10.9.1 with Subler 0.25 (a52codec dated Jul 27, 2012 @ 3:37 AM)

Checked system logs and do not see anything recorded there.
