Subler crashes when adding extracted subtitle from MKV #706

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Extract .idx and .sub file from MKV produced from MakeMKV
2. Open ripped .m4v file produced from handbrake
3. Attached .idx file to .m4v file with Subler and close and save
4. will not save and then corrupts the .m4v file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have completed over a 100 movies and TV show from both blu-ray and DVD with 
no issue. Then yesterday Subler just stopped working. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac 10.9.1
Subler 0.25 
MakeMKV (Licensed) v1.8.7
Handbrake 0.9.9
MKVtools (Licensed) 3.3.2(1)

Please provide any additional information below.
I have been looking into and see you request crash files but I don't have any 
on my mac and do not see where to enable dumps in the program.

The idx/sub files would be enough to reproduce the issue.
