iOS7 style language tags i.e. Language (Country) #737

In iOS7, when selecting the language button, you can also see the country of 
the language track as well e.g. 'Dutch (Netherlands)', see 
http://9to5mac.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/photo-15.png?w=345&h=230.

However, with Subler (v0.25) created mp4 files don't have this... I only see 
'Dutch' do you know why?
