Subtitle (*.srt) import encoding issue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take a subtitle icludes iso-8859-9 ( or cp-1254) charsets. (i have attached 
one)
2. import it to container with any video.
3. subler does not allow to define character set for the srt, imports with 
wrong charset encoding.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- "ý" instead of "ı"
- "þ" instead of "ş"
- "ð" instead of "ğ"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Subler version 0.25 on OS X version 10.9.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I've attached a subtitle includes iso-8859-9 characters.
