What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Subler 0.25 (or more unreleased r1248)
2. Press CMD+N to create a new file.
3. Drag-n-drop an existing movie file onto the new window.
4. Add any tracks you desire. Just anything to save.
5. Press CMD+S to save new file.
6. When the save as dialog appears, mouse over the '64 bit times' checkbox at
the bottom of the dialog

Result:
The tooltip reads, "Enable 64bit timescale and duration support. Normally it's
only needed if a tracks will be longer than 10 hours."

Expected result:
The word "tracks" should be singular tense, "track". 2nd sentence should read,
"Normally, it's only needed if a track will be longer than 10 hours."
