Feature Request: Set default language for tracks #759

This is a request for a new feature. It would be great if you could set the 
default languages for both audio tracks that are flagged as "Unknown" and for 
subtitle tracks being imported that are identified as "Unknown". Having the 
ability to set a default language for both audio and subtitle tracks when those 
conditions occur would save the minor hassle of selecting the language before 
saving the file.
