What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow link provided in FAQ
(https://dl.dropbox.com/u/34821905/A52Codec.component.zip)
2. A 404 error is presented by Dropbox saying they can't find the page you're
looking for

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file mentioned will be available for download at the provided link

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.25 on MacOS X 10.9.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm hoping to find a way for Subler to auto-down-convert + passthrough DTS
audio, but believe that Perian is incompatible with MacOS X 10.9. My journey
to discover a way around this led me to trying to download the file referenced
in the FAQ but it's not there.

Only the AC3 decoder does not work on 10.9. The dts works (but it might not for
the various hd versions of dts).

Gotcha, that helped me get past that issue, thanks.

However, now I'm running into the AC3 decoding issue and the file referenced
still isn't available at the dropbox.com link provided.

The faq says it's on the downloads page. And it's there.

My bad, I followed the download link found after following the link for "more
info" on the issue, and that file wasn't available. Thanks.
