Forced subtitles don't show up #796

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Encode DVD files in M4V using the Apple TV 3 profile (2 audio tracks + 1
subtitle track, not burnt in).
2. In Subler, create a new file and drag in the window the output file from
HandBrake (the VobSub is well converted in TX3G).
4. Save the new created file.
5. Select the subtitle track and export it.
6. Edit the file by appending !!! (forced subtitle symbol) to a line.
7. Import the edited file.
8. You see that by default the "forced" option is set to "some samples are
forced". Which is good sign since when I import a file without any "!!!"
symbol, the default "forced" option is "no".
9. Set "forced" track to the ID of the edited track itself (I don't get why
it's required that the track should point to itself, but I did it).
10. Save the file.
11. Play it with QuickTime.
12. Check that subtitle option is set to "automatic recommended".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The line I marked as forced (with !!!) shall be displayed but it is not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.31

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried the following but it did not change anything:
- only keep the edited one
- link the audio track with the edited subtitle in the audio track options
- using "all samples are forced" value for option "forced"
- not fill the option "forced track"

NB: 1) I attached my edited file.
    2) My file is OK since when I manually select this track, everything is showing up correctly.

Hi,

In the additional comments I wrote here above, there is a mistake.

I did some additional testing today and observed the following:

When I set a track, and set the option "forced" with value "all samples are
forced", then, the subtitles show up ! And if I do that, the track is not
selectable anymore in the QuickTime menu (which is logic since everything has
to show up, it is not possible to disable it).

However, the option "some samples are forced" does not seem to work for the
lines to which I appended the "!!!".

Do I miss something ?
Has someone managed to make the option "some sample are forced" working ?

Best regards.
