AdditionalSongFolder crash #9

there is a crash, (shown on taro's stream), which may have to do with additionalsongfolders.

It apparently results in xero being nil?

confirmed to have to do with additionalsongfolders! A fix is planned for v3.1, but there's not much I can do until then. That means YOU CANNOT SUBMIT THESE TO #stream-requests on discord until then!

fixed via reading additionalsongfolders from PREFSMAN, which works in both OITG and nITG
