EZBlocker can't mute ads at the first second. #197

I use the last version (v1.7.3) It actually blocks every ads correctly, but at the beginnig of the ads, the sound always plays about one second before it is blocked.

The current version (1.7.3) takes 0.5 to 1 second to mute an ad. I'll try to make it faster in the next version.
