SUGGESTION: auto skip ads. #203

In Australia, Spotify free users can skip ads. It would be a really good feature if Spotify-Ad-Blocker could also attempt to skip the ads.

In Brazil the option to skip ads, either immediately or after a 5 seconds delay, is available as well. This feature would be great to have
